MINE SAFETY LAW

I advise and represent mine operators in matters arising under the Mine Act.

In the last 18 years, I have counseled mine operators of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to mom and pop operations. I also advise mine contractors.

If your company has an issue with the way that MSHA is enforcing the Mine Act or 30 C.F.R. at your operation, please consider letting me represent your company. Although I have handled several notable cases, I am happy to assist in any MSHA case, regardless of its size.

Please contact me if you have questions about my practice.

Read my critical commentary of mine safety regulation published in the West Virginia Law Review.
